The primary role of Chiropractic is working to create optimum restoration of health and the nervous system, and therefore overall body function.
Chiropractic is the science of locating the areas of the spine and nervous system interference. Techniques, known as adjustments, are gently applied to correct these areas and restore the balance of your spine and nervous system.
For many conditions, Chiropractic treatment can restore the structural integrity of the spine/joints, reduce pressure on the sensitive neurological tissue, and consequently improve the health of the individual.
The nervous system plays a vital role in regulating the health within our bodies by sending millions of messages between the brain and the body. The spine protects the central part of the nervous system. Everyday stresses (physical, emotional and chemical stresses) may cause strain to the nervous system. This may, in turn, affect your well-being.
Applied Kinesiology is a system for evaluating body function, mainly through posture and movement. Applied Kinesiology, along with Chiropractic, is used to treat many conditions.
